RETURNS: Your satisfaction is our priority

At ELIXIR PERFUMES, we are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. If you ever need to return an item, we're here to make it easy. Our return policy is simple and fair, designed to give you peace of mind.

14-day return period Your satisfaction is important to us. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Conditions for a successful return To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We want to ensure you receive the product exactly as we sent it to you.

Items that cannot be returned Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that have been delivered more than 15 days ago or sale items.

Transparent refund process Once we receive and verify your return, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We'll then assess whether your return meets our policies. If approved, we'll process your refund, and it will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method.

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received your refund yet, we suggest you follow these steps:

Simple changes If you need to exchange an item due to defects or damage, we'd be happy to help. Simply email us at elixirperfumes26@fviainboxes.com and we'll guide you through the exchange process. ( We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.)

Shipping costs Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
