Shipping policy

Your order at ELIXIR PERFUMES is processed and shipped from our warehouse in Spain, using the MRW shipping company. And we want to provide you with detailed information so that you have clarity:

Order Processing: All orders are handled and processed Monday through Friday. Please note that during holidays and sale seasons, there may be additional processing time due to increased order volume. However, under normal circumstances, your order will be shipped the next business day after purchase.

Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect to receive it within 24 to 72 hours. This means that, under normal circumstances, you should receive your order within one to three business days from the date of shipment.

Weekends: Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Shipments are made Monday through Friday (business days).
